Nothing in This World Is Worth Missing Out on Heaven For
If people only truly knew what they will miss out on for this world and its fleeting pleasures. The nicest cars, the biggest houses, the greatest jobs none of it compares to the joys of our Heavenly home. Yet, so many would rather enjoy these things for a moment and give up eternal life.
It’s too much of a sacrifice for them to put God first in their lives. It’s too much of a sacrifice for them to think of others before themselves. It’s too much of a sacrifice for them to train their children in the Lord and lead by example. We often seem to forget that Jesus sacrificed His life so that we could live.
Jesus is coming soon, and we have no time to sit on the fence. We are either with God or we’re not, there is no middle ground. Don’t let your ungodly friends or even family members, whether inside or outside your home, cause you to miss out on eternal life. Nothing and no one is worth missing out on Heaven for.
Purpose in your heart today not to let anything in this world cause you to be lost. God loves you so much, and He wants you to choose life. He wants to spend eternity with you, but He can’t force you to make that choice.
The question is: Will you choose life today?
- Will you choose to put God first in your everyday life?
- Will you choose to serve Him and do His will, no matter what others (friends or family) decide or want you to do?
I choose life, and I pray you’ll choose it too.
